The 8 autocentres are all busy work shops, with cars being worked on each hour and the phones ringing consistently. The garage staff all use tablets that hold the valuable information for each vehicle being worked on, this means flawless wifi connectivity is a must.
The current systems in place had dated hardware consisting of wireless boosters and old routers that would only cause pain as the months went on.
To make sure their business is fail proof, the network and phone systems needed to be 1st class and offer 100% reliability throughout the working day, this is where Vostel came in.
Utilising the latest hardware available, Vostel worked with Lindleys to install new wireless access points throughout the autocentres. These give the staff the flexibility to move around the premises, and seamlessly stay connected to the internet.
To make this possible, our team were required install new data cabinets, routers and cabling within the core of each autocentre. Hundreds of metres of cable passed through ceilings and walls to the desired install positions, with the workmanship staying top quality throughout.
With the new infrastructure in place, the migration to Vostels phone system has been completed. Providing Lindleys autocentres with the first class business telephone system they desired, offering the clearest and best call quality available for their staff and their customers.
