HashKey™ telephone system

The HashKey™ telephone system is cloud based, this means all you need is a handset or app and a reliable internet connection. To get the most from our service we would recommend you port your numbers to us. For the extra professional touch we can arrange for a specialist voiceover to record personal greetings.

The Vostel model is different. Instead of long contracts and month leasing charges you purchase and own your equipment. This reduces your monthly outgoings. As a transparent provider, our contact length is just one month.

Microsoft Teams integration

Microsoft Teams integration enables seamless communication with the HashKey™ telephone system, providing a complete unified communication experience.

You can make, receive, and manage calls directly from the Teams interface, eliminating the need to switch between different applications or devices. This integration enhances productivity and collaboration regardless of whether you are using a Mac, PC or phone.

Organisations can extend their Teams calling capabilities to remote users, wherever they are located. Whether your team members are in the same office or spread across different continents, HashKey™ Teams integration ensures a reliable and cost-effective communication.

Call Back

Giving your customers the best experience when they contact you by telephone is, of course, super important. But what about when you don't manage to answer the call? In our experience some callers do not want to leave a voicemail and hang up at this stage. Our Call Back feature is the best solution to resolve this by giving the caller an option of what they would like to do if you can't answer the call. For example, press 1 to request a Call Back or press 2 to leave a voicemail.

To add a cherry on the top... If the caller selects voicemail but doesn't leave a message, we can also email you a missed call alert. 😎

Contact Groups

A contact group allows you to route incoming calls differently depending on the type of contact. For example, you have a particular customer who always wants to speak with their favourite member of the team. By adding the caller to a contact group, you can send calls directly to a particular extension, bypassing any auto attendant or messages other callers hear when they call in.

Share contacts with your team and benefit from our full integration suite with Click to call and inbound notification popup. Contacts are integrated with missed call alerts and call detail records, you can see the name of the caller if they exist in Contacts. You can also connect to external providers and we currently support Microsoft, Google and an Odata feed. Connect any LDAP enabled device to complete the experience.

Missed Call Alerts

Vostel track missed calls different to other providers. Sure, it is important to know when your extension has missed a call but what about calls that don’t make it all the way through the phone system, they’re important too right?

For instance, when a caller doesn’t press an option in an auto attendant (IVR) or didn’t leave a voicemail. Vostel call alerts tells you really what is going on and will send an email to you, a distribution list or group chat such as Slack and Teams.

Missed call alerts can be actioned in numbers, ring groups or at extension level.
